I empath...Good for you for doing the C25k workout. I empathize with the knee issues. Do take it slow ... don't hurt yourself ... maybe wait before going to week 2 and hold off an extra day or two again. It sounds like an overuse thing with your knees - your body may need some time to get used to the activity. You might also look into strengthening exercises for the legs, too. If you strengthen your leg muscles it helps with overuse-type knee pain.<BR/><BR/>I say all this not because I'm such a running expert (ha!
